Within Stormshot, the Lord Profile contains 3 different bars:
The upper (blue) one represents the experience of your Lord, meaning how far until he reaches a new level.
The middle (Green) one shows you the stamina. Stamina is useful when you're active on the map (or Celestial Globe), as it allows you to undertake marches or rallies. An attack against a ghost army would consume 50 stamina. A rally against an undead camp takes 100 stamina. If or when you run out of stamina, you will be unable to undertake more attacks. Lord Stamina can be refreshed using Lord Stamina items, which you can gain from undertaking quests in the Celestial Globe, or by purchasing them from packs. Your lord will automatically rebuild stamina over time. The speed of which can be influenced by upgrading the "Development" -> "Stamina Recovery" skills in the Academy.
Finally, the third (yellow) one, represents the stamina of your creation (once you unlock the ancient tombs). Like with your lord, questing within the ancient tombs consumes stamina. As is the case with the Lord Stamina, your create will automatically regenerate its' Stamina over time. And likewise, there is an option in the Academy to increase recovery. In case of the Creature, it can be found under the section "Creation" -> "Ancient Tombs Stamina Limit".
The same bars can be seen both in the "My Estate" and Kingdom screen, in the upper left corner of the screen, right below your portrait.
