• GamersCreed hosts games out of love for the creative efforts by their developers and publishers in days long gone. We do our very best to ensure that the titles we provide are not for sale elsewhere. If they are, we simply point our users to the places the games can be purchased. Should you be or represent the copyright holder of any games hosted here, and find that GamersCreed somehow is in violation of your rights, please contact us and we will happily remove the title(s).
DOSBox

DOSBox

No permission to download
In order to play a number of the old(er) games, DOSBox provides you with an emulated old-school DOS environment. It will also simulate hardware needed, so you can run all the old-time goodness on your modern PC.

Simply download and unpack to any folder. I find it easiest to then store your old games in an easily accessible folder like C:\Games. Once you start DOSBox, you then mount a new drive to access it. A typical command would be:

MOUNT G: C:\Games\MyGame

This allows you to access the C:\Games\MyGame folder by simply typing G:. From there, you can then launch the executable that actually launches the game itself.

That's it! You're now all set to run your favorite abandonware game :)
